We provide each of our clients a dedicated manager as we understand that sometimes things must be discussed before a more simple support ticket can be submitted. The account manager’s job is to give you someone to talk to about your specific support and account issues. It’s not always best to go straight to the tech agents.

Consulting is cornerstone to what we do. We’ll not only fix your site and keep it up to date but we’ll work with you to explore all options. It’s not just about code

Flexible Support Terms

We understand that some organizations are extremely active with their Web sites while others update less frequently and simply need to be assured a stable and secure platform and occasional support. We offer a variety of support plans, all based on an estimated monthly usage. Our support plans start at 2 hours per month and we can design a customized plan for your organization. Long term agreements are not required.

Quick fixes or monthly web maintenance plans. We offer plans starting at 2 hours per month, or you can opt to use us only as you need it.
