To ensure the smoothest and most timely communication regarding your support needs, each of our clients are provided a unique account to our online support ticket system. This is a full featured easy to use ticket system that will allow you to submit support requests 24/7/365. In addition to allowing you to submit new requests, this system allows you to remain up to date with the status of your particular Web support requests. Your Dedicated Account Manager

We provide each of our clients a dedicated support manager as we understand that sometimes things must be discussed before a more simple support ticket can be submitted. The account managers job is to give you someone to discuss your specific support and account issues. We get that it is not always the most effective communication means to speak directly to a technical support agent.

Flexible Support Terms

We understand that some organizations are extremely active with their Websites, changing things often while others update less frequently and simply need to be assured a stable and secure platform and occasional support. We offer a variety of support plans, all based on an estimated monthly usage. Our support plans start at 2 hours per month and we can design a customized plan for your organization. Long term agreements are not required. 

We do quick fixes and long term Web support plans.
